Terms & Conditions

DevSecCon events, conferences and Academy courses are organised by legal entity DevSecCon Ltd., 13 West Hill, SW18 1RB London, United Kingdom (“DevSecCon” or “organiser”)

PAYMENTS

Please note that payment of all fees must be made in full and in cleared funds within 7 business days of the submission of your registration. If you submit your registration less than 7 business days prior to the first day of an event, then payment of all fees must be made in full and in cleared funds prior to attending the event.

DevSecCon reserves the right to cancel any registration without warning at any time prior to the start of the event if all fees due have not been paid by the relevant time. In the event that DevSecCon does not exercise its rights of cancellation prior to the event, delegates whose fees have not been paid by the start of the event shall be required to pay on-site.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If circumstances, or policies in your organisation change, and you can no longer attend a DevSecCon event, you can cancel your registration and receive a full refund, 30 days prior the event.

From 7 to 30 days prior the event, you can cancel your registration and receive a 50% refund.

7 days prior the event, DevSecCon will not be able to refund your registration if you cancel, however, we are glad to offer you two alternatives:
1. Issue voucher valid for the next 12 months which allows you to join another DevSecCon event according to the valid registration price
2. Find a substitution for you – offer Pass to your colleague
We advice you submit your request by email to info@devseccon.com

If you cancel and re-register, your new registration will reflect the current pricing as of the date of your final registration. Earlier registration pricing will not be honoured.

If you don’t attend the DevSecCon event and have paid your registration fee, it will not be refunded.
Please remember that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
