DevSecCon reserves the right to cancel any registration without warning at any time prior to the start of the event if all fees due have not been paid by the relevant time. In the event that DevSecCon does not exercise its rights of cancellation prior to the event, delegates whose fees have not been paid by the start of the event shall be required to pay on-site.
If circumstances, or policies in your organisation change, and you can no longer attend a DevSecCon event, you can cancel your registration and receive a full refund, 30 days prior the event.
From 7 to 30 days prior the event, you can cancel your registration and receive a 50% refund.
7 days prior the event, DevSecCon will not be able to refund your registration if you cancel, however, we are glad to offer you two alternatives:
1. Issue voucher valid for the next 12 months which allows you to join another DevSecCon event according to the valid registration price
2. Find a substitution for you – offer Pass to your colleague
We advice you submit your request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you cancel and re-register, your new registration will reflect the current pricing as of the date of your final registration. Earlier registration pricing will not be honoured.
If you don’t attend the DevSecCon event and have paid your registration fee, it will not be refunded.
Please remember that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.

DevSecCon will notify you via email at least 7 business days prior to the course start date. Once notified you may reschedule or receive a full credit. DevSecCon shall not be liable for non-refundable travel arrangements if a training/conference is rescheduled/cancelled.
Substitutions, including those made on-site, are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. You may submit your request via email to: email@example.com
